I can't receive e-mails from my IMAP account

My professional e-mail is hosted by UOL (http://www.uolhost.uol.com.br/), I set this account manually at eM Client with directions UOL’s support informed me:

Servidor IMAP: mail.seudominio.com.br
Porta IMAP: 143
SSL: Desmarcado (Desativado)
Requer autenticação: Sim, “Não usar criptografia SPA”
Nome de usuário: seuemail@seudominio.com.br
Senha: Senha usada no Webmail

Servidor SMTP: smtp.seudominio.com.br
Porta SMTP: 587
SSL: Desmarcado (Desativado)
Requer autenticação: Sim, “Não usar criptografia SPA”
Nome de usuário: seuemail@seudominio.com.br
Senha: Senha usada no Webmail

I can send e-mails, but I’m not receiving any e-mail from this account, and it doesn’t show any error message too.
My eM Client version is 7.0.26687.0

What is the “Security policy” (in the SMTP tab) set to?
Have you tried setting it to “Don’t use a secure connection”?

The imap server name mail.seudominio.com.br does not seem right. Can you try using the following imap server name:

imap.seudominio.com.br

Actually my server name is imap.amandaprado.com (“seu dominio” means “your domain” in portuguese)
