I can't install the eM Client

I can’t install the eM Client because I get the following “This package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.” I am running Windows & Professional on a 64 bit laptop.

Hi Phil, can you make a screenshot of the issue? Have you tried downloading the application again (to check if the downloaded file isn’t corrupted)?
