I cannot reactivate my account with free validation license code

I have problems re-activating my account license.
It keeps saying i’m violating em client rules & regulations and ask me to contact sales department.

I’m using em client on my laptop and my phone only.
Does this violate the license as well?

Please get back to me because em client is really an easy program to use and wish to use it for long.

As Olivia Rust has recently pointed out on this forum in a few other posts, this simply means that your license was banned for breaking the eM Client License policy - i.e… using a Free license for business/work/commercial use. 

If you believe you were marked as such incorrectly then you can contact the sales department, as the warning message mentions.
