I cannot get SMTP to work on a non-standard port. When pressing the ‘fix’ button, it always picks up the correct smtp server name, but always uses 465, not the port specified in the configuration tab!
what mail account are you trying to set up?
The FIX button will always try to connect through the standard ports, as the most common settings may actually fix the issue if the port number is not specified by the server.
You should be able to change the port number manually directly in the SMTP tab of your account though. Or are you having problems with this?
