Please, I need hour help.
I cannot activate the key of free licence, because it appears that Silverlight must be installet, and it is already installed.
What should I do?
The licence expires in 5 days.

Hello,
you don’t need to access the licensing server to activate your license.
You need to take your Activation key and use it in Menu>Help>License section.
If you lost your key you can generate a reset message from our website: http://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key
