are you not able to receive all emails or just those from a specific sender? Have you checked your spam folder? Do you have any active rules on receiving emails?
If none of these options is relevant, please go to Menu/Tools/Accounts, select your account, go to Diagnostics and click on diagnose, potentially on fix.
If the problem won’t disappear, please check the checkbox IMAP in Diagnostics, then go to folder C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Logs, select the IMAP logs file for your account and send it to [email protected].
