I can no longer transfer to folders. Th email is deleted.

Emails are deleted when I try transferring to folders. Some folders are now empty, some retain emails.

can you please share more information about your situation?
What version of eM Client are you currently running? Check the Help>About section for full version number.
What email acount does it happen on? Is it POP/IMAP/Exchange?
Are the messages still on the server?
