I am using the free version but don't seem able to get an updates

Hi, I am using the free version but don’t get any updates. It says no updates available. Yet my wife who also has the free version gets updates. Can anyone help/explain please. Current version is 8.2.1473.

Yes that is active. I have actually found a way by copying contacts from my email client and importing to EM Client. A bit of a pain but I’ve at least got most back. Doesn’t sole the problem as to why this happens though. Needs to be looked at.
