One company I regularly work with has started sending me emails in base64.
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
However, the email is not decoded when I receive it.
Is there something I can do to receive the email correctly?
Hi, can you please export the message you’re having issues with into a .eml file and send it to my email?
You can do that by simply drag and dropping the email onto a new email or to the desktop.
Please send it to my email [email protected]
Thank you,
Paul.
Still problem in 6.0.20498
Body (plain text) of message is right, but subject is not.
MIME-Version: 1.0
From: =?utf-8?Q?Milan_Vodi=C4=8Dka?= <[email protected]>
Subject: =?utf-8?B?S29tdW7DoWxuw60gdm9sYnkgMjAxNCAtIGthbmRpZMOhdG7D?= =?utf-8?B?rSBsaXN0aW55?=
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Hi Martin, can you send me the exported message as suggested above?
Also please add a reference link to this forum topic.
Thank you,
Paul.
I sent it.
Another problem: Works notifications of new posts in a forum? I have last email from @getsatisfaction.com 10. july … today not.
Hi Martin, they should work, do you have the “Follow” button active above the post?
Thank you,
Paul.
Yes, active. I see “unfollow” …
IMO “follow” is automatic, if I submit text in thread.
I’m receiving all the responses from the forum quite fine, can you check if the automatic replies aren’t in your SPAM folder?
I can report the issue to getsatisfaction if needed.
Thank you for reporting this,
Paul.
I’m administrator of small ISP. We are own mailserver. I check log files on server … last message is from 11. july (and it is spam by qSheff :-), but after this - nothing.
Before this - emails coming fine (20 pieces).
