Hi Katharine, not completely sure what you’re referring to, if you want to add a second email address, just navigate to your account setup under Tools > Accounts, and select “New account”, use the automatic setup to setup your second account and let eM Client do the rest.
Or are you having some issues while trying to add the account? If so, are you seeing any errors? What mail service are you trying to add to the application and what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer?
