I am suddenly finding many emails in the junk folder--sent from my usual friends and companies.

I shouldn’t have to keep setting rules to get these into my inbox.  Is there an easy way to set “not junk” for these?
I really do like your product–it beats outlook hands down!

I apologize for the late response. Please can you tell me what mail service provider and mail account type are you using? (For example Gmail, Outlook - IMAP, Exchange, etc.)
