I am receiving emails apparently from myself that are spam. How are they being sent with my address?

I just received about 6 emails. My iPad says they are from me but they are not in my sent box. The sender in emClient is not shown as me but if I put the mouse over the address for the sender, it’s my email address. They appear to be for the same recipient from me. Is my email compromised? Should I talk with Comcast? What should I do?

That is most likely SPAM mail spoofing your mail address to bypass some protections.
