HTML does not display the entire message

In the email preview, when viewing a forwarded email, only the part from the sender is displayed, the original forwarded part of the message is displayed only after switching to Plain Text. When switching back to HTML, it is no longer displayed.
I noticed that it is from senders using Apple. I have a Win11 client.

Apple mail has been known to sometimes “not allways display correctly” in standard html mail clients like eM Client due to the way they eg: format mail in multiple html sections etc.

However “if this has only just started happening with the latest V10.2 Beta” just released “and was ok prior to the upgrade”, then email [email protected] who will be able to investigate that to determine the problem.

Now “if it hasn’t just happened after upgrading to V10.2” and was also happening with previous versions 8 & 9, then if you have a current active eM Client Pro or Personal version, then go to the VIP support page and login and “lodge a support ticket” to be investigated that way.

The incorrect display was the same in previous versions.

The most likely reason is a bug in emClient’s HTML support. In many ways they use a 20 year old html inherited from the big old monster Outlook and can’t handle modern html.

Ok as this happened with previous eM Client versions, then lodge a support ticket via the VIP support page to be investigated and an assigned engineer will assist you. You will more than likely need to export that email to (.eml) via “Menu / File / Export” as an example of the problem, and attach that to the support ticket to have the email source code checked out.
