What password do you want to retrieve?
Is it the eM Client start-up password, or for one of you email accounts?
In either case it is not possible to retrieve the password. For email accounts, you will need to do that through your email provider’s website. For the eM Client start-up password, close eM Client and open Windows Explorer. Go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to enable hidden items in Windows Explorer to get there. Delete settings.dat (and any other settings.* files) then restart eM Client. You will lose some settings but your accounts and data will all be there.
