How to transfer folders to Windows Documents

How can I transfer a complete folder with many emails that I want to keep to my Windows Documents?

You can go to “Menu / File / Export” and choose “Export emails to (.eml) files.

Then click next and select your mail folder with the messages you want to export.

Then choose your Documents folder location to save / export the messages as in as per the following support page documentation.

Alternatively if you want to move them out of eM Client, you can also just “create the same folder name” in your Documents, and then “drag the messages from eM Client directly into that folder”.

Once exported or moved you can reimport them later if you want either via “Menu / File / Import” and selecting that folder or by just “dragging the messages back into eM Client same folder.
