How to synchronise Android phone emails with laptop emails without using a Microsoft account?

If you have a IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, just add those same accounts to the laptop eM Client desktop app and eM Client Mob beta app and “they will both sync the same mail”.

If you have a POP account add the same accounts on both your laptop and mobile beta app, and then set in account settings to “leave a copy of messages on server for x days” via mail account settings. However that will only sync the Inbox and no other mail folders.

If you already have the desktop client setup on your laptop, you can use the QR Export option via the menu in eM Client V9.2 & V10 to get your desktop account mail settings to the mobile app automatically without manually setting it up as per the following eM Client documentation.
