How to start eM Client minimized on Windows start-up?

Is there a way to have eMC start minimised in the system tray?

Autorun with Windows automatically minimized to the tray

Please add a function so that the app is immediately minimized to the tray when Windows starts. I need the application to be running all the time, but not open immediately at startup. Many other apps have this feature. Thanks.
