How to specify what goes into the junk mail folder

Windows 10, EM Client 8.2:

I have valid emils going into my junk mail folder so I miss them. How to re-direct?

That really depends on what is moving the messages.

Normally it is your email server, so you will need to open their webmail interface, go to the spam folder, select the message and mark it as not spam.

But if you manually added the sender or their domain to the Blacklist in eM Client, then you will need to right-click on that message in the Junk folder, and choose Move to Inbox > Move to Inbox and remove blacklisted.
