How to shrink/enlarge the side column (Mailbox List)?

I figured this out by accident months ago but forgot how I did it.

Somehow, possibly through a keyboard/trackpad combination I enlarged the first column of Mailbox listings (INBOX, OUTBOX, SENT, TRASH, etc.) and I can’t figure out how to shrink it back.

All this does is increase or decrease the spacing between the list of mailboxes and accounts

You can do it by holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and scrolling the mouse wheel over the folder list, or you can set it more accurately in Menu > Settings > Appearance > Lists > Row Dimensions. It is the folder list row height option.

First suggestion (CTRL + TRACKPAD) did the job. Thanks so much, Gary!

Thanks for that info @Gary .

You can do it by holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and scrolling the mouse wheel over the folder list.

For me personally the Ctrl key just wouldn’t work with the scroll wheel.

I then remembered that when i first got my Mac “coming from mainly using Windows”, the Ctrl C, Ctrl S & Ctrl V wouldn’t work, so i switched the Control and Command keys in the Mac / System / Keyboard / Keyboard Shortcuts / Modifier Keys, so that the Control key would function the same as on the PC.

Now i didn’t want to change that back to default as wanted the Control key to work the same as Windows.

So i discovered that the Mac “Option key with the Scroll wheel” works instead in the side column for eM Client to shrink or enlarge. The Option key also works in the body of the email to Zoom in or Zoom out.
