How to set time to check for emails?

HI. I am new to eM. Could someone help me with info on how to adjust timing to check emails on eM? There is a feature like this on Outlook we timing to fetch emails can be set. Please help

Hello Manish,
you can set up synchronization in Tools > Settings > General > General and under Synchronization set the time interval at which your mails will be checked with the server.
