Dear Support Team,
I would like to change the archive location in eM Client to a network shared folder (e.g. a NAS drive).
Could you please advise how to correctly configure this path to ensure archiving works reliably?

I’m not aware of documentation how to change the Archive location to external network shared drives.

Also the database and archives are not normally designed to go on external shared network drives as might corrupt if you do. See the support post below.
