How to retrieve license key if cannot download email

I use eM client for my main email, however suddenly it is asking me for the license key which is on a very old email that it I cannot access for some reason. I only use the free version and it wants to email me the key, but I cannot receive emails, so this is no good. how do i get it to go to an alternative email or my phone? thank you for your help.

You can register a new Free license using your alternate email address.

thanks Gary, but I need it to apply to the original address as I have many folders and emails filed in the system. is there another way of getting it?

The address the license is registered to has nothing to do with the email accounts you have setup in eM Client.
