I require some assistance. My computer blue-screened while I was installing an update I received for eM Client.
When the computer problem was solved I found that the eM program opened, but I really cannot do anything with it and I can´t find some of my messages, none of my templates, etc.
I have tried every way I know how to re-install but with no luck. When I try to install the download I originally used when I got this e-mail, I get a message advising that there is a newer version and it will not allow me to install this older one (1708). I then downloaded the newer versiion /1735) but I get a message during the installation that a feature is not available (emclient-v9.0.1708.msi) although I do have this file but which it will not accept. For some reason, when the error window opens up it shows use source e4g5zjbz.rjn and this is of no use either.
Sure hope you can help me out, preferable without losing my templates and other information which at this point is my biggest concern…
