I obtained a free license on the 12th of December last year. As this year is now over, I just tried to renew that license for the next year. However, when I try to request a new free license, the web site tells me that an active license is already associated with my email address.
The license check in Emclient tells me that I my current license allows to get updates until 1.1.2014. Do I have to wait until this date until I can request a new license. Or is there another way to do this?
