I deleted some sent e-mails from e-mail client and wanted to know if they are recoverable. No i have not done an e-mail backup. If they were sent to the trash folder i always empty it almost on a daily basis! Thanks!!
If you delete mail from the trash folder, its normally gone for good. If its an POP account, without an eM Client backup to restore, your only hope would be an eg: Image restore of your computer.
If its an IMAP account deleted emails in the trash are normally gone permanently. You would have to contact your mailbox providor to see if they store any old copies of your mailbox on a daily basis. Most don’t.
Unfortunately,thats what i thought. Thanks for your input. Will contact my e-mail provider if they do save copies.
