Where is the tab for inserting licence key? You could make it a hell of a lot easier to find! Pleeeeze
Taken from https://www.emclient.com/faq-licensing
In the eM Client application, go to Menu > Help > License on Windows or Help > License on macOS.
Click the ‘Activate’ button and insert your activation key (including the hyphens).
If there is no Activate button and this section already seems to include some License information it means there already is a license activated on this computer.
If it’s the correct license, you don’t need to do anything. If you wish to activate a different license, simply click ‘Deactivate’ first to remove the current license. The same button will then be replaced by the ‘Activate’ option so you can proceed using the steps above.

If you installed eM Client from the Windows store then there is no license area to activate as per @Gary post below in the following thread.
Problems with eMClient seem never ending. Not happy with its unreliability.
Diagnostics on ****@bigpond.com invariably result in a confirmation email being sent to the inbox.
Shortly after it disappears into JUNK along with every other legitimate incoming emails. To test it
I often send emails to RUGC from one of my several email addresses. Sometimes it enters the
inbox but then disappears or it doesn’t reappear anywhere.
The SENT box seems to be okay and remains an intact record of outgoing emails.
The INBOX should have hundreds of emails but mostly it is empty.
If the legitimate emails in the JUNK are MOVED to the Inbox, they go to OTHER but won’t
go to PRIMARY INBOX.
We use Outlook as well to chase missing emails which are a commonplace occurrence.
****@bigpond.com on Outlook currently shows a few INBOX emails from 2022 but most
are missing totally.
A solution would be useful if you would be amenable to fixing the problem, despite my
recent disgruntled submissions.
