Opening a new email with this greeting wuld save loads of time
You can setup a Template as per below link to say whatever you want when sending emails where the time and date is included automatically when you send mail.
So suggest you just "setup two different templates called whatever you want starting with Good Morning or Good Afternoon at the top of the body of the email.

Then once you setup “Open world time clock app” so you know which template to use before sending your email via clicking the dropdown on the right of “New” as per the below example.
