How to find inbox on Mobile App

I have em client on my laptop and mobile Galaxy A23 5G. Laptop works fine. How to check emails on mobile?

How to check emails on mobile?

I presume you have the eM Client Android app from the Playstore.

Normally once you add your email account, the app will automatically check for new emails and just arrive in the app Inbox.

If it doesn’t you can “swipe down from the top of the app” to manually force it to check for new emails.

You can also enable realtime “Push Notifications” when new email arrives in your Inbox, via “pressing the app at the top left”, and then going down to “Settings at the bottom”. Then “press on your email account” and enable the slider for push notifications.

The only account that doesn’t current support push notifications is Google accounts as per the latest app blog.

Thank you cyberzork.
I downloaded em client from Playstore, imported the account via QR, and everything worked fine.
Now I get again a screen that ask me to add account or migrate account.
The swiping does not work.
What do you suggest.
Thank you very much

Ok normally once you import via the desktop Export QR the mobile app automatically adds in the accounts, and then at the end of the accounts setup it returns back to the Inbox and emails should start to arrive shortly after. All I can suggest is to try closing and reopening the app and see if that fixes it.

If still asking to add an account when you reopen the app, you might need to press the app at the top left and go down to settings at the bottom. Then see if any accounts have been added. If no accounts are in there, either manually add them or try importing them again via the desktop Export QR option…

The swiping does not work

Swipe down from “near the top of the inbox”. It won’t work though till at least one of the emails are in the inbox or Inboxes.
