How to do selective reply to email

When I receive a long email, especially one with multiple replies in it, I would like to be able to easily select the paragraph or two to include in my response. Currently, I must click reply, and then highlight and delete what I do not want in the reply. Is there a way to do that with eM Client? Any suggestions? Thank you.
