In this screenshot you can see the From Column in the main window.
The first email has a number of people involved as emails go back and forth.
Is there a way to decide which names show in the column?
At the moment I have forwarded it to a business consultant, once. But the main conversations is between myself and another party. Yet the business consultant that is actually a “To” is showing up first in the column.
The problem I have is that the business consultant is first, and taking up the whole column, when in reality the most emails are from the first email sender in the thread.
Hovering over the dots doesn’t reveal the other names even, so threaded emails can get lost.
How do I change the order these names show up in that column? Or adjust the algorithm that chooses them?
