How do I change the default start time for events in calendar? I followed some information I found on the Internet with Google search but it didn’t work with the current version I have which is version 10. Can anyone tell me how to change the default appointment time which is now coming up at 8:00 AM and I would like it to be 8:00 PM?

You change the default event start time go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Calendar” as per the following screenshot and then “Save & Close” Settings.

The only time the default Calendar PM start time won’t work in eM Client, is if you set a default event end time “to be past 12PM” such as setting the default to be eg: 9PM to 1AM, where you will then get an error if you try to save the settings as in the 2nd screenshot example below.
So make sure “when you set your default start event time to 8PM”, that your default end time “is no later than 12PM” before you save settings.
(Error if you try to set the default end event time greater than 12PM).
Note:- There is a glitch / bug though in V10 that happens with eg: Google Calendar in eM Client V10, where after setting your default Start & End event time such as eg: 9PM to 11.30PM, If you “click in the the event date” and then click the “New button” at the top to create the event and choose Standard event, the default will show as 1.30PM to 2PM instead of 9PM to 11.30PM.
However “if you click in the event date” and “right click” to create the same standard event, the new default event “is correctly set to 9PM to 11.30PM”. So something different between the New button and the Right click button.
So if you also get that type of thing happening creating the events with the New Button as opposed to Right clicking to create events, then update that in this thread & what version of eM Client you have and what differences in the default start / end times you are seeing.
