How to change message font in calendar

Hello, friends:

I have two issues with the calendar related to font size and changing it. For my personal calendar, there is no menu for adding a signature or anything when creating an event. Is there a way to ensure it is turned on? Here is a screenshot:

The font size for typing a description of the event is very small and with no menu, there is no way to change it.

When I switch to my work calendar, I have a menu where I can change the font size and add a signature The indicated size is 9pt for the body of the message, which is way too small. Here’s a shot of that one:

I’d like to set them both for 12pt, but nothing in the overall eM client settings seems to relate to this area. Thank you for your guidance!

I have the same issue. I found instructions to change the default font within the email settings and that it would carry over to the calendar settings, but it doesn’t. The email up for Calibri 12pt and in the calendar it shows up as Segoe 9pt. I can change that font manually to match but I would like to default it to the same one I have in my email. Could admin please advise us on what to do in this situation?

You can currently change the calendar fonts via using the scaling options within the OS as per @Gary posts in the following thread.

Font Size Calender

The font used is the same size as the rest of your OS default font size. Means if you find it difficult to read the font in eM Client, you will find it difficult to read it anywhere else in the OS. Could be a major issue depending on your display settings. However, Windows does give you the option to use scaling, which will increase the font size across all applications.

There is also a current Sleekplan suggestion to be able to adjust the Calendar & Task font size directly in eM Client which you can vote for below.

Thanks cyber, but it’s not an issue with the rest of my OS. As I showed in my screenshots, I am able to change the font size directly within the calendar item that is for my MS Exchange email (second shot). The option to change font doesn’t exist in the first shot, which is a personal email account with mailbox.org. Granted, there aren’t as many bells and whistles with that account in general, but it’s strange to me that eM doesn’t offer the option to change font for it. Seems some things are controlled by the original UI and others aren’t … Like I can mark my calendar items standard, private, or secret but that function doesn’t carry over to eM.

Bottom line, if I use scaling, the rest of my system will be out of whack. I’ll vote for the Sleekplan option in the meantime.

I agree that scaling doesn’t fix the issue as EVERTHING is enlarged when the only issue is in the calendar. I don’t seem to remember this always being a problem with the small font size. Did something change in the past year or has this always been like this?

Nothing changed that i can tell in the last year “as far as the Calendar font size goes” in the latest eM Client pc and mac versions. Its always been the same size.

I also think it would be good to have the font size Calendar adjustment within eM Client too, so i also voted for that.
