After initial set up how do I reset spam settings as even my own website responses are going into spam. I think it is Probable Spam that needs to be removed from my junk rules, but as I didn’t create the rule I am unable to edit it.

Hi, this is not possible to edit or change. Your issue is most likely caused by your server spam policy or by your rules (if you have set any).
