I am trying to prevent e-mails from coming in either by black listing the e-mail or domain, I highlight the e-mail and go to the drop down but that does not seem to be working. Please share with me how to prevent untoward e-mails from even appearing in my junk folder. Thank you

You can create this or a variation of this rule, plus during setup
you also have the option to include a domain.
Be careful with your choice because once deleted that;s it.
It might be safer to move to junk - the choice is yours.

and delete permanently
