There’s probably a simple silly twist for this but I don’t seem to find it. It’s more of an annoyance than a very big deal.
If I add myself to my contacts list (and I have no choice to do so as I email myself quite a lot and I sometimes include myself in my own distribution lists), there’s a conflict between my account info (in the Accounts section) and my own info as a contact in my Contacts list.
I have two accounts under eM Client v10.4.4867. They are from different providers and have different names and avatars.
Let’s say my accounts names are ‘John Doe’ and ‘J. Doe’. I also have ‘John Doe’ in my contacts list, listed with both email addresses.
When I want to email myself, I type the first letter (or few first) but both accounts appear under the same name (‘John Doe’) but with ‘J. Doe’s avatar (the email addresses are different though).
Worst, typing whatever combination of recipients’ letters leads to display both (‘J’ or ‘J.’ or ‘John’, etc.) under the name ‘John Doe’ but with ‘J. Doe’s avatar.
How to override the info in the contacts list?
