When I reply to an email received with attachment, the attachment should either attach automatically to my reply or through a prompt asking if the attachment of original email needs to be attached to the reply.
I do not find any of above in this email client.

To achieve your objective you will have to forward that email to all recipients.
When you “reply” or “reply all”, attachments will not be sent, this is standard in all clients that I have used, and there is no settings to change this behavior.
This is also standard in web mails.
