How to add an iCal calendar from the net?

Since eM Client doesn’t offer the Holidays for the Philippines, I am trying to add an iCal calendar. How do I ad this?

webcal://ical.mac.com/ical/Philippines32Holidays.ics

I searched on iCal before posting and saw several links with this feature being promised years ago. I’m trying out Version 5, but I’m not seeing it. Am I missing it?

Simply use the option Import - Import events from iCalendar.

I was looking in the Calendar tab and couldn’t find the option.
