How is the parsing for .pst and .ost done in Mac?

Hi team, the .pst and .ost files parsing is not that straight forward when it comes to Mac, I would like to know how eM Client App has solved it? Some detailing on how it has been done in an XCode project would help us understand.

Are you wanting to know how to eg: open the .PST file and then integrate those messages into a current eM Client mail account or just open as a separate mail file ?

If you do and have eM Client V10, then you can go to “Menu / Data Files” and import your existing .PST files that can then be mounted (or unmounted) from your main database, and even stored in different location. You can then copy any messages to and from that mail store.

The mounted mail store then shows “below your accounts” above Local Folders in eM Client.

Im actually not asking from client perspective, but from a developers perspective on how it has been handled. @cyberzork

Suggest then to maybe email [email protected] who might be able to assist you with that info.

Or if you have a paid Pro or Personal active version, go to the VIP Support page and login and lodge a support ticket who might be able to find out that info for you.
