How I receive mails before 4 month.

I installed eM client today. Eventhing is fine but I can only receive emails until 4 month(2013-11-26).
There are many emails on web mail since 2012. But I can’t receive them.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi, I’m not sure if I understand the issue correctly.
Can you receive new emails? Are you using POP or IMAP for receiving emails and what mail service are you using?

I’m useing POP for receiving and I can receive new emails.

I just solve this problem.
There was function to control receiving period in our POP mail system.
