Could we please ask what protocol do you use?
We’d also ask you to check whether you see these sent e-mails in webmail? Can you see more than one Sent folder?

Hi. I was using goddaddy web mail platform. I am facing issue on the sent folder in goddaddy web mail was not able to sync or download into em client sent folder.

We’re sorry but we are not able to help without more information. Could you please post a screenshots of Menu ->Tools -> Accounts -> General Tab?

If I understand it correctly, you see some e-mails in the Sent folder in webmail but you don’t see these e-mails in the Sent folder in eM Client? Do you see more than one Sent folder in webmail? Do you remember if you sent these e-mails from webmail, eM Client or another device, e.g. your phone?
