I am unclear about the eM Client mechanism. I have POP e-mail through my ISP. If I use eM Client, does eM Client go to the ISP e-mail server and get the messages at that time, or are the messages uploaded to an intermediate as they appear on the ISP’s server? If I tell the ISP server to keep messages after I receive them, do they exist anywhere besides my PC and the ISP’s server? If I delete them off the ISP’s server using my browser, will they be deleted in my local inbox?
Hello,
- I am not sure what you mean by this, emails are synchronized manually or automatically depends on how you will setup your client.
- No, emails are only stored on your ISP’s servers and your eM Client installation if you use download for offline use.
- If you will delete email on your account using web interfaceit will not be deleted from inbox.
