Go to Tools --> Settings --> General --> General
Check / mark the option ‘run on Windows startup’, to let eM Client start when Windows is starting.

In that same dialog you can specify that eM Client should immediately try to download e-mails, by checking / marking the option ‘synchronize items at startup’.

Thank you Hans, I think I stated my question wrong. What I meant would be
for eM Client to connect and check email without clicking “Send and Receive”
when I start/launch eM client

Hi Bert,
with the options I showed you, it’s not needed to manually press the [send and receive] button, so it should work as you want.
