How do you send messages from the eM client software to WhatsApp?
You can only send emails to email addresses.
Start a new message by clicking on the New button. Enter the recipient’s email address, add a subject and type the text in the body. Click on Send when done.

I came across this older discussion and wanted to add that eM Client doesn’t have any built‑in way to send messages directly to WhatsApp. The two apps don’t link together. The only workaround I’ve seen is opening WhatsApp Web from eM Client using a custom action, but it still won’t send messages automatically. Has anyone found a smoother method lately?

I personally just “copy and paste email messages” from eM Client directly into Whatsapp.

The instant QR login saved me a ton of time, and the unlimited messaging made it easy to test without worrying about limits. If you’re building chatbots or automated updates, the webhook support is handy and plays nicely with Python or Node.
