I paid for VIP Help, I can’t log on the message is the logon is net recognized. But I can log on here. WHY?

There is a Lost Password option which you can click on and enter the email address the license is registered to. Login credentials will be resent to you.
I tried that it didn’t work. Have finally reached some one from eM Client.
If it didn’t work, it probably means your VIP Support has expired, so you will need to purchase another year in order to use the Helpdesk.
You can do that here. There is an option near the end of the page in the section for existing customers.
