how do I view or remove an email from the black list?

I accidently added an email to the back list and would like to remove it from that list. I am unable to locate where the list is in order to edit it.


please look in Tools - Rules - double click on blacklist, click on email then click on remove.


I cannot find blacklist in version 7. Please advise.

Hello David,
blacklist rule is created when you first blacklist an address or domain. If you don’t see the rule in eM Client, it means you didn’t put any address into it yet.
