How do I synch new entries to my iphone 4?

I am a new user. The calendar and contacts are on my iphone 4 but new entries do not synch.

Hi, if I have understood right then you create some entry in iPhone and then you want to synchronize it to the server and from it to eM Client right?

Could you tell me then if you see your entries synchronized to the server?
