how do i sync this with my phone?

How do i sync this app with my phone? i cant find em client on market in my android phone for download or online. Is there a link i can follow? I dont see answer to this anywhere, sorry if its obvious…
I have the original galaxy s from t-mobile
I have the client on my laptop already set-up and em cloud service set-up as well.
