How do I setup the new Account group feature?

Exploring the new features like a kid on Christmas, but not finding the how-to guides for the new features.

Right click on account you want to add to a new Account group → Add account group

So how do you like the new features?

After just a few days of use:

New rule actions - nice additional, but I love the Prefix. This will help with email automations (like sending emails to Todoist).
Direction delete - I wasn’t so annoyed by this, but this is a nice fix for those that wanted it the other way.
Placeholders, QuickText Library & Reply with QuickText - this is awesome, especially with handling large email correspondences. I use QuickText a lot on WhatsApp and the platforms, as I’m in a gatekeeper role. The ability to manage them better is appreciated.
Message sounds, undo send options, context menu for links, paste as you quote are all cool improvements, although not game-changing. But I like the continuous improvements.
I don’t use shortcuts a lot, but I know it’s a popular feature, so glad you added more of those. With the Go menu. I can see this being very usable to some people, although I’m happy to use my mouse to navigate.

Signature library - I like this. I’m a perfectionist, and found the em Client signature builder to be hard to use to get the signatures just right. The new signature options are many, and they look good. I haven’t used yet, as I have my signatures built already.

Regarding profiles & account groups, I feel a little more mixed. Now, I don’t know how it was done at Postbox, so I’m just speaking for myself as a eM Client user. For me, I’m basically managing three separate spheres of life: My full time job, my side hustle and my personal life. I want to switch between them quickly. The profiles makes the most sense to me, since I can setup the entire environment for the email workflows in that sphere of life, but I want to be able to switch back and forth with little effort, and preferably in the same interface. The account groups are faster and easier to switch, but then the UI isn’t optimized for each of those email groups and I’m noticing that favorites aren’t able to segregated based on Account groups, so this feature feels a bit like just an Inbox folder, and less a classification that can used to further customize my favorites, rules, etc.

I have liked Fantastical’s way of doing it with what they call Calendar sets. It’s just a single button click that takes you to another calendar setup, with different accounts, notification settings, colors, etc. I’m not sharing eM Client with anyone, so I’d like to see merging of the Profiles and Account groups into one easy switch button. I guess what I’m saying is I’d love the customizability of Profiles to be as easily accessible as Account groups. (I’m sure there are reasons for it to be done how you did it)
