How do I select different email accounts to send invitations?

I have two different accounts in em client, both of which have calendar accounts. When I send a calendar invitation, the main email account is displayed instead of the other account I want to display. This problem is because I set one email address as the main account, so the email address of the main account will be displayed when sending calendar invitations? How do I do this if I want to display an email address other than my main account to send a calendar invitation? Thanks.

The invitation is sent by the calendar server, so it depends in which calendar you create the event.

If you create the event in Local Folders, then your default account is used and will be sent by eM Client.

Normally you will have an email account setup in eM Client, because it is afterall an email application. If you create the event in the Local Folders calendar, that email account will be used to send the invitation.

But if you create the event in a synced calendar like Google, iCloud etc, then no you don’t need an email account in eM Client as the calendar server sends the invitations.

That means if you create the event in calendar A, it will be sent by calendar A server using the email address for that server account.

If you create the event in calendar B, it will be sent by calendar B server using the email address for that server account.

If you create the event in the Local Folders calendar, it will be sent by eM Client using your default email account.
