If you are wanting to reset your password for EM Client License Manager, click on the following link and type in your email address - https://www.emclient.com/reset-password
If you have forgotten your ISP Account password for EM Client, then suggest to reset that password via your ISP website. Then update that in EM Client Menu / Tools / Accounts configuration.
